Marvellous location for our visit to an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge not very far from the hotel.

Excellent location, clean room, cozy, arrived early at 11. they moved in at once, despite the fact that the check-in was from 2 p, it rained and it was nice that the staff went to the meeting and checked us in immediately. Breakfast is varied and delicious.
I'd like a kettle in my room.

The location is perfect. Close to trains and buses but also within walking distance of cruise terminal. Hotel is situated on the canal which is very attractive.

The gentlemen at the reception may become a bit more friendly. We didn't even get an answer to normal questions

The location was perfect for the arrival and departure. The hotel was very nice for the first impression. The restaurant terrace next to Grand Canal was great.
At breakfast there was no pepper on the table, some of the tables were dirty from predecessors. The staff was not attentive. When we asked for pepper for breakfast, he didn't react. I'd hoped for a room with a balcony, but apparently the hotel didn't have any. The view to the Grand Canal was also not special, a small window in the room. My upgrade wasn't worth it. I would have rated the hotel 3 stars.

The location was perfect for us, right off the train and a 5 minute walk. The staff was very helpful to us. We were 3 in a room and were very comfortable.

Good location - terrace with nice location, but it was not used (maybe period of the year? / end of April)
Hotel is beautiful but a little bit past glory - quite small room - reasonably busy at breakfast

In general the service was excellent. The double room was soundproof with a view-and what a view, the bed was very comfy. The staff were super-friendly in the whole hotel. Magnificent very central location short walk to St Marc's square and Venezia Santa Lucia train station.

Loved the spacious balcony with a fine canal view and the unique quality toiletries were a nice touch. The easy access to water taxis made exploring easy.

Great location, good brekfast.
Superior room was only bigger than "standard", oriented to noisy street, creaky bed, cracked and dirty walls. Price is not up to the services.

Excellent Grand Canal views, Unique sushi restaurant on-site, Rooftop seating area
Dated facilities needing a makeover!!! Inconsistent room quality was annoying to experience!!! Especially annoying when the air conditioning struggled to maintain comfort!!! A touch more cleanliness wouldn't go amiss!!!

The room I was provided for the price I paid was very good, a true 4 star international hotel. Good breakfast conveniently situated and I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone who would like a holiday in Venice.
I cannot fault the Hotel during my three night stay.
